Overview

BCAA+EAA v2 aims to support muscle recovery, reduce muscle fatigue, and enhance hydration during workouts. The product contains a mix of essential amino acids, electrolytes, and AstraGin to improve nutrient absorption. However, the relatively low dosage of BCAAs and added glutamine, combined with individual dosages of Lysine, Threonine, Phenylalanine, Methionine and Histidine may limit its overall efficacy.

The Good

Comprehensive EAA and BCAA blend for muscle recovery

Added glutamine may support gut health and immune function

Electrolyte blend helps maintain hydration during exercise

The Bad

BCAA 2:1:1 ratio may not be optimal

Individual amino acids may be slightly underdosed

Calcium and Magnesium are included at low doses

Is it for you?

Best For: Athletes, bodybuilders, individuals seeking muscle recovery and hydration support.

Skip If: You are sensitive to artificial sweeteners or colors, or have pre-existing kidney conditions.
