Overview

Calcimate Complete is designed to support bone health through a combination of calcium, vitamins, and minerals. It contains Calcium Citrate Malate, which is a well-absorbed form of calcium, and also includes Vitamin D3 and K2, which enhance calcium's effectiveness. The inclusion of Milk Basic Protein (MBP) adds a further potential benefit. However, the presence of some ingredients in oxide forms may limit the overall effectiveness of the supplement.

The Good

Provides a combination of Calcium, Vitamin D, and Vitamin K2 for comprehensive bone support.

Calcium is in the form of Calcium Citrate Malate which is a highly bioavailable form of calcium absorbable with or without food.

Includes Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) which is more effective at raising Vitamin D levels in the body than Vitamin D2.

The Bad

Magnesium and Zinc are in oxide forms, which have lower bioavailability compared to citrate or other chelated forms.

The amount of Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide) is relatively low at 100mg, representing only 25% of the daily value.

Daily dose requires 4 capsules.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals concerned about bone health, post-menopausal women, those with low dietary calcium intake

Skip If: You have hypercalcemia, kidney disease, or a history of kidney stones without medical advice.
