Overview

The effectiveness of Candida Rescue is difficult to ascertain due to the use of a proprietary blend, which prevents knowing the individual dosages of the active ingredients. While many of the botanicals included, such as Usnea, Pau D'Arco, Black Walnut, Spilanthes, Oregon Grape, Gentian, Fennel, and Oregano Oil, have demonstrated various beneficial properties (antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, etc.) in research, their presence in effective amounts within a 460 mg total blend is highly questionable. Without transparent dosing, it is impossible to confirm if the product delivers clinically relevant effects.

The Good

Contains a diverse array of botanicals with traditional uses for microbial balance and immune support.

Ingredients like Oregano Oil and Usnea have recognized antimicrobial activity.

Gentian may offer hepatoprotective and anti-inflammatory benefits.

The Bad

Use of a proprietary blend means individual ingredient dosages are unknown, hindering efficacy and safety evaluation.

Total blend amount (460mg per serving) seems insufficient for effective doses of nine botanicals, leading to probable underdosing.

Pau D'Arco carries safety concerns, including potential for increased bleeding risk and liver toxicity at high doses, with unknown concentration here.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals seeking gut health support, those addressing microbial imbalance

Skip If: You have known allergies to common antimicrobial herbs or essential oils, or are pregnant/nursing without consulting a doctor.
