Overview

This supplement combines several vitamins, minerals, and nutraceuticals. While some ingredients like Vitamin D3, K2, B3, Zinc, and CoQ10 are dosed reasonably and have established benefits, the effectiveness is compromised by low dosages of Red Yeast Rice and the uncertain source and form of Omega-3. The inclusion of Magnesium Oxide, a poorly absorbed form of magnesium, further diminishes its overall effectiveness.

The Good

Contains Vitamin D3 and K2 at optimal doses for bone health.

Includes CoQ10, beneficial for mitochondrial function and antioxidant defense.

Provides a good dose of Zinc, important for immune function.

The Bad

Potential interactions with statins and blood thinners due to Red Yeast Rice and Omega 3.

Magnesium Oxide is a poorly absorbed form of magnesium, reducing overall effectiveness.

Red Yeast Rice dosage is low (300mg) and lacks standardization for Monacolin K content.
