Overview

The effectiveness of Core Level Zinc is highly questionable due to the low dose of its namesake ingredient (Zinc) and the inclusion of many other ingredients at doses far below those shown to be effective, or that lack clear scientific support as supplements.

The Good

Low dosage of many ingredients may reduce acute adverse effects.

Contains essential vitamins (B12, Folic Acid, A, B1) and minerals (Zinc, Calcium, Potassium), although mostly at low levels.
