Overview

This product contains Echinacea, which has some evidence for preventing upper respiratory tract infections (URTIs). However, the evidence is not strong, and it may not be effective for treating active infections, also the 350mg is of whole herb, not extract which has a limited amount of active secondary metabolites, such as Polyphenols and Cichoric acid. Further, the additional ingredients, polyphenols and cichoric acid, are included in very small quantities and their benefits for the product are unclear.
