Overview

EstroCleanse contains several well-regarded ingredients for hormone balance and detoxification, notably DIM at a clinically relevant dose. However, the efficacy of other key ingredients like Calcium D-Glucarate, Resveratrol, and Wasabia Japonica is severely compromised by underdosing. The Green Tea Extract and Mixed Tocopherols are also present in amounts that are likely too low to elicit their full potential benefits. While some ingredients show promise individually, the overall formulation suffers from insufficient dosing for many of its components.

The Good

DIM (Diindolylmethane) is provided at a clinically relevant dose for supporting healthy estrogen metabolism.

Contains CurcuWIN™ Turmeric Extract, a bioavailable form of curcumin, potentially offering anti-inflammatory benefits.

Includes BioPerine® Black Pepper Extract to enhance the absorption and bioavailability of other ingredients, particularly curcumin and resveratrol.

The Bad

Potential underdosing of several key ingredients (CDG, Resveratrol, Wasabia Japonica)

Green Tea Extract might have liver toxicity concerns at higher doses, especially on an empty stomach

Resveratrol may interact with numerous medications

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals seeking to support healthy estrogen metabolism, detoxification, and hormonal balance.

Skip If: You are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medications without consulting a healthcare professional. Individuals with a history of estrogen-sensitive cancers should exercise caution and consult a doctor.
