Overview

euLyte electrolytes is designed to support hydration and replenish key electrolytes lost through sweat. It contains a blend of calcium, magnesium, manganese, and potassium with the intent of maintaining electrolyte balance. While the doses of calcium and magnesium are reasonable, the potassium content is relatively low, and the lack of specific dosing on the 'Ancient Ocean Trace Minerals' makes it difficult to fully assess its impact.

The Good

Provides key electrolytes needed for hydration and muscle function

Magnesium is provided as Magnesium Citrate, which has good bioavailability and may have a laxative effect for those who need it

Calcium and Magnesium are provided in clinically relevant doses

The Bad

Contains a relatively low dose of potassium compared to the daily adequate intake

Inclusion of 'Ancient Ocean Trace Minerals' at an unspecified dose makes it difficult to assess its impact

Taste may be affected by Stevia Leaf Extract for those sensitive to it

Is it for you?

Best For: Athletes, individuals experiencing dehydration, those in hot climates, people on low-carb diets
