FROG FUEL ULTRA SUPER FUEL SHOT

Based on Examine, Wikipedia, and 23 other sources

Overview

This product contains a blend of macronutrients, amino acids, electrolytes, and vitamins. While the inclusion of protein and carbohydrates provides immediate fuel, the doses of performance-enhancing amino acids like Beta-Alanine and Citrulline Malate are considerably lower than clinically effective amounts for significant ergogenic benefits. The 'nano' aspect of the collagen is not clinically validated for superior efficacy. It may serve as a quick energy and mild electrolyte replenishment during activity, but its claims for potent performance enhancement are not fully supported by the ingredient dosages.

The Good

Provides quick and convenient source of protein (8g) and carbohydrates (10g) for intra-workout or immediate post-workout energy and recovery.

Liquid shot format is easy to consume rapidly during intense activity without the need for mixing.

Includes key electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Calcium) to support hydration during exercise.

The Bad

Protein amount is low for significant muscle building, more suited for energy during activity.

Beta-alanine dose (1500mg) is below the clinically effective daily dose range (3.2-6.4g) for chronic carnosine loading, and would require multiple servings over the day to be effective for buffering, which may cause paresthesia.

Citrulline Malate dose (1500mg) is significantly below the recommended performance-enhancing dose (6000-8000mg) to promote nitric oxide production.

Is it for you?

Best For: Athletes, individuals needing quick protein and energy, those recovering from injury or surgery

Skip If: You have specific dietary restrictions or allergies to listed ingredients (if any are found).
