Overview

This pre-workout supplement contains a mix of ingredients commonly found in such products. However, due to the use of proprietary blends and high stimulant content, it is difficult to determine its overall effectiveness and may offer inconsistent results. The creatine and beta-alanine doses are likely too low to produce any meaningful benefits. The major impact will likely be perceived from the large dose of caffeine and other stimulants.
