Overview

The effectiveness of InVert is difficult to fully ascertain due to the use of a proprietary blend, which conceals the individual dosages of its many ingredients. While some ingredients like Ginger have strong evidence for their purported benefits (e.g., anti-nausea), and others like Eleuthero, Cordyceps, Rhodiola, Reishi, and Ashwagandha are known adaptogens with various potential benefits, it is impossible to confirm if they are present at clinically effective doses. The digestive enzymes (amylase, protease, lipase, cellulase) may contribute to general digestive health, but their specific impact without disclosed amounts is questionable. Pinellia, while traditionally used, carries significant safety concerns and is banned in some regions.

The Good

Diverse blend of adaptogenic herbs and digestive enzymes for general wellness.

Contains Ginger, which is known for its anti-nausea properties and aligns with product claims.

Manufacturer claims to be Gluten-free, Non-GMO, and '3x tested'.

The Bad

Significant lack of transparency due to proprietary blend, hiding individual ingredient dosages.

Inclusion of Pinellia ternata, which has known safety concerns and is banned in some regions of the U.S. due to ephedrine content.

Impossible to determine if active ingredients are at clinically effective doses.
