Overview

This Kori Krill Oil supplement contains a very low dose of EPA and DHA (140 mg), which is insufficient to provide the well-established cardiovascular benefits associated with omega-3 fatty acids, which typically require 1000mg or more. The astaxanthin content (80 mcg) is also far below research-backed doses (6-8mg/day) for its purported antioxidant and skin health effects. The choline amount (40 mg) is negligible compared to daily requirements. While krill oil itself is a bioavailable form of omega-3s and provides phospholipids, the extreme underdosing of its active components renders the product largely ineffective for its stated multi-benefits.
