Overview

L-Citrulline DL-Malate 1:1 is designed to enhance blood flow and reduce fatigue through nitric oxide production and increased energy. While both ingredients are effective individually, the 1:1 ratio may not provide the same performance benefits as 2:1 ratio. Furthermore, the low 3g recommended dosage is much less than the 6-8g range used in studies for performance benefits. The efficacy of this product relies primarily on indirect mechanisms of improved circulation and may produce very mild effects in practice.

The Good

May enhance blood flow and vasodilation through nitric oxide production.

May reduce perceived exertion and muscle fatigue during exercise.

Free of common allergens and additives such as sugar, soy, dairy, yeast, and gluten.

The Bad

Requires precise milligram scale for accurate dosing.

May not be as effective as higher doses of Citrulline Malate.

Individual response can vary significantly.

Is it for you?

Best For: Athletes, bodybuilders, fitness enthusiasts, individuals seeking improved exercise performance and recovery
