Overview
MiraLAX, containing PEG 3350, is an effective osmotic laxative used to relieve occasional constipation. Studies have demonstrated its ability to increase bowel movement frequency and improve stool consistency. It generally produces a bowel movement within 1-3 days.

How to Use
Dissolve one dose (17g) of powder in 4 to 8 ounces of water, juice, soda, coffee, or tea. Stir until completely dissolved.
As needed (typically once daily for up to 7 days)
