Overview

This supplement combines N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), Selenium, and Molybdenum to support immune health and provide antioxidant benefits. While NAC is at a clinically relevant dose, selenium and molybdenum are included at levels that don't have a significant impact on their own. The combination, however, is intended to support the immune system through antioxidant activity.

The Good

High dose of NAC, a precursor to glutathione.

Selenium and molybdenum act as cofactors for antioxidant enzymes.

Supports overall immune function through antioxidant mechanisms.

The Bad

Potential gastrointestinal side effects.

Molybdenum can interfere with copper homeostasis.

Selenium may increase systolic blood pressure in some individuals.
