Overview

This supplement combines several ingredients known for antioxidant and skin health benefits, including Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Hyaluronic Acid, and various plant extracts. While Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid are dosed reasonably, many other ingredients, particularly L-Glutathione, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Grape Seed Extract, Pine Bark Extract, Coenzyme Q10, and the entire Probiotic Blend, are severely underdosed compared to clinically effective amounts. This significantly compromises the overall effectiveness claims for comprehensive skin support and antioxidative properties.

The Good

Provides a good dose of Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) which contributes to collagen formation and acts as an antioxidant.

Contains a potentially effective dose of Hyaluronic Acid (100mg) for skin hydration.

Includes a variety of antioxidants (Vitamin C, E, ALA, Grape Seed, Pine Bark, Astaxanthin, CoQ10) that can synergistically offer some degree of oxidative stress protection.

The Bad

Suboptimal probiotic blend, potentially underdosed for individual strains

Vitamin E in DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate form, which is less bioavailable and effective than natural D-alpha tocopherol

L-Glutathione dose (50mg) is significantly below the minimum effective dose (250mg) for blood level increases, and its oral bioavailability is generally low

Is it for you?

Best For: Generally considered safe at the disclosed doses for healthy individuals., No major common side effects expected from individual ingredients at these doses.

Skip If: You're on blood thinners or have food allergies
