Overview

Vitaleine combines a broad spectrum of B vitamins, a moderate dose of caffeine, and several herbal extracts. While the B vitamins are adequately dosed to support energy metabolism and address potential deficiencies, many of the herbal ingredients such as Spirulina, Tongkat Ali, Panax Ginseng, American Ginseng, Rhodiola Rosea, and Maca Root appear to be significantly underdosed, making their purported benefits unlikely to be realized.

The Good

Robust B-Vitamin Complex: Provides high, often supra-RDA doses of essential B vitamins crucial for energy and metabolic function.

Stimulant for Energy: Contains 100mg of caffeine per serving, equivalent to a cup of coffee, offering a direct energy boost.

Magnesium Inclusion: Offers 100mg of magnesium, an important mineral for numerous bodily processes.

The Bad

Significantly Underdosed Herbal Extracts: Many potentially beneficial herbal ingredients (Spirulina, Tongkat Ali, Ginsengs, Rhodiola, Maca) are present in extremely low, likely ineffective amounts (5mg each).

Potential for Caffeine Sensitivity Issues: 100mg of caffeine per serving may be too much for individuals sensitive to stimulants, potentially causing adverse effects.

Risk of Niacin Flush: Despite the label note, sensitive individuals might still experience uncomfortable flushing.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals seeking anti-inflammatory support, those looking to support tissue health, people interested in natural wellness

Skip If: You are pregnant or nursing, have a bleeding disorder, or are on blood-thinning medication without consulting a doctor.
