Overview

The effectiveness of this product is primarily due to the stimulant laxatives (Cascara Sagrada) and bulk-forming fibers (Psyllium). However, the proprietary blend makes it impossible to confirm the doses of individual ingredients, raising concerns about both efficacy and safety. While stimulant laxatives are effective for immediate relief of constipation, they are not intended for long-term use and can lead to dependency and other adverse effects. Many of the additional 'green' ingredients are likely underdosed.

The Good

May provide rapid, short-term relief for occasional constipation.

Contains bulk-forming fibers which can aid in bowel regularity.

Includes some ingredients that might offer mild digestive soothing (e.g., Fennel, Peppermint).

The Bad

Relies on potent stimulant laxatives (Cascara Sagrada) not recommended for routine or long-term use.

Proprietary blend prevents verification of effective doses for many ingredients.

Significant safety concerns including potential for dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, and liver toxicity.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals seeking occasional colon cleansing, those experiencing mild, temporary constipation

Skip If: You have chronic digestive issues, are pregnant or nursing, or have kidney disease
