Overview

KAGED PRE-WORKOUT ELITE SERIES provides a robust blend of ingredients, several of which are well-dosed according to scientific literature (L-Citrulline, Beta-Alanine, Betaine Anhydrous). The high caffeine content is a major driver of acute psychoactive and performance effects. However, some ingredients, particularly Alpha-GPC, L-Tyrosine, and Pterostilbene, are present in doses significantly lower than those typically associated with their studied benefits, which may reduce the overall comprehensive benefit of the product.

The Good

Optimal Dose of L-Citrulline (10g) for powerful muscle pumps and enhanced blood flow.

Clinically Effective Dose of Beta-Alanine (3.2g) to improve muscular endurance and reduce fatigue.

Well-Dosed Betaine Anhydrous (2.5g) to support strength, power, and muscle growth.

The Bad

High Caffeine Content (388mg per scoop) may lead to jitters, anxiety, and sleep disturbances, particularly for individuals sensitive to stimulants or when consumed late in the day.

Insufficient Creatine Monohydrate Equivalent from Creatine Nitrate (2g) means it's unlikely to fully saturate muscle creatine stores for optimal performance benefits compared to clinically effective doses of creatine monohydrate (3-5g).

Alpha-GPC is Underdosed (100mg) compared to research-backed doses for cognitive and power output benefits, which typically range from 300-600mg.

Is it for you?

Best For: High caffeine content (388mg) can lead to adverse effects, especially for individuals sensitive to stimulants or when combined with other caffeine sources., Niacin (30mg) may cause flushing, which is a common but harmless side effect often associated with higher doses.

Skip If: You're on blood thinners or have food allergies
