Overview

Mammoth Pump combines ingredients commonly used in pre-workout supplements, but several are significantly underdosed to deliver on their purported benefits. While the caffeine and theanine combination may provide a focus and energy boost, the low doses of creatine and citrulline are unlikely to significantly enhance muscle power or pumps. Beta-alanine is included, but the 1g dose is below what is recommended to provide much performance benefit.

The Good

Contains caffeine and l-theanine for energy and focus benefits

Includes creatine, beta-alanine, l-citrulline, and taurine, all common pre-workout ingredients

Vitamin C included to help reduce oxidative stress

The Bad

Ineffective doses of Citrulline and Creatine

Potential for paresthesia (tingling) from beta-alanine

May cause anxiety or jitters from caffeine, especially in sensitive individuals

Is it for you?

Best For: Athletes, bodybuilders, fitness enthusiasts looking to maximize pump and performance

Skip If: You are sensitive to stimulants, pregnant, nursing, or have pre-existing medical conditions without consulting a doctor.
