Overview

Precision BCAA combines Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) with compounds aimed at improving muscle recovery and athletic performance. While the BCAA content may help reduce muscle breakdown, the 'Power & Performance Complex' is a proprietary blend, which makes it difficult to evaluate the effectiveness of individual ingredients. The inclusion of betaine, levagen, and velositol may provide additional benefits, but more research is needed.

The Good

Contains a 2:1:1 ratio of BCAAs at a clinically relevant dose

Includes Betaine Anhydrous, which has potential benefits for hydration and performance

Includes Levagen, a palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) that may reduce inflammation and support recovery

The Bad

Contains artificial sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium)

Contains tree nuts (Coconut oil), which may cause allergic reactions

Excessive chromium content (1000mcg) far exceeds the adequate intake and may have unknown long-term effects

Is it for you?

Best For: Athletes, fitness enthusiasts, individuals looking to support muscle recovery and reduce soreness

Skip If: You have pre-existing kidney or liver conditions, or are pregnant/nursing without consulting a doctor.
