Overview

ADRENAL PRO combines vitamins, amino acids, and glandular extracts to support adrenal function. Vitamins like C and the B-complex vitamins in the supplement are known to promote cellular energy production. However, the efficacy of adrenal glandulars is not well-supported by scientific evidence. Overall, while it provides some essential nutrients, the product's core benefit related to adrenal support is questionable due to the lack of rigorous research.

The Good

Contains essential B vitamins: Provides substantial amounts of thiamin, riboflavin, B6 and pantothenic acid, involved in energy production.

Includes Vitamin C: Provides over 100% DV of Vitamin C, an antioxidant that may support immune function.

Provides N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine: Includes N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, a more soluble form of Tyrosine, though the evidence is limited for it acting as a nootropic or cognitive enhancer.

The Bad

Lack of Robust Evidence for Adrenal Glandulars: The primary ingredients, whole adrenal and adrenal cortex glandulars, have limited high-quality scientific evidence supporting their efficacy for adrenal support.

Potential for Hormonal Imbalance: Adrenal glandulars contain steroids and hormones that could theoretically disrupt the endocrine system, though this is not well-studied.

Risk of Contamination: As animal-derived products, adrenal glandulars carry a risk of contamination and may not be suitable for individuals with certain dietary restrictions or ethical concerns.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals experiencing stress, those seeking adrenal support, people with fatigue

Skip If: You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a pre-existing medical condition without consulting a doctor.
