Overview

The supplement contains several well-established vitamins and minerals (Biotin, Vitamin C, Zinc) at good dosages for general health and beauty support. However, the use of a 'Proprietary Blend' for many of the botanical ingredients makes it impossible to assess their individual dosages and, therefore, their clinical efficacy within this product. Many of the included botanicals have promising research, but without transparent dosing, it's unclear if they are present in effective amounts.

The Good

Provides essential vitamins (Biotin, C, D3, E, B-complex) and minerals (Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese) important for overall health.

Biotin at a high dose traditionally linked to hair, skin, and nail health.

Vitamin C supports collagen synthesis and acts as an antioxidant.

The Bad

Use of a proprietary blend for numerous botanical ingredients prevents assessment of their individual efficacy and safety.

Fo-Ti, within the proprietary blend, carries a significant risk of herb-induced liver injury, and its undisclosed dose is a major concern.

High dose of Biotin can interfere with common lab tests, leading to misdiagnosis.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals seeking to improve skin elasticity, hair strength, and nail health; those looking for a comprehensive beauty supplement.

Skip If: You are pregnant, nursing, or have a pre-existing medical condition without consulting a healthcare professional.
