Overview
CitraNatal 90 DHA provides a comprehensive set of essential prenatal nutrients at generally sufficient, and in some cases, high doses. The inclusion of Folic Acid, Iron, Calcium, Vitamin D3, and DHA addresses critical needs during pregnancy and lactation. However, certain vitamin doses (like Vitamin D3) are on the lower side of optimal recommendations, and the high iron dose may require careful medical supervision.
