Overview

Clean & Lean Recovery Shake aims to support post-workout recovery, replenish nutrients, and stimulate muscle growth and repair. The shake contains a blend of plant-based protein, vitamins, minerals, fruit and vegetable blends, and digestive enzymes. While the protein content and inclusion of BCAAs are beneficial for muscle recovery, effectiveness of some ingredients is limited by unknown quantities due to proprietary blends and relatively low individual amounts. Some claims, such as cell regeneration and significant muscle soreness reduction, are not strongly supported by the available evidence. Added sugars should also be noted.

The Good

Provides 25g of plant-based protein per serving, supporting muscle recovery and growth.

Contains a comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals, helping to replenish essential nutrients.

Includes digestive enzymes to improve nutrient absorption and reduce digestive discomfort.

The Bad

Multiple ingredients with individually low amounts may result in underdosing of key active compounds

Proprietary blends mask exact ingredient quantities, making it difficult to assess efficacy.

High sodium content (390mg per serving) may be a concern for individuals monitoring sodium intake.

Is it for you?

Best For: Athletes, fitness enthusiasts, individuals seeking plant-based recovery, those with dairy sensitivities

Skip If: You have allergies to specific plant proteins or ingredients, or are sensitive to certain sweeteners.
