Overview

This 'Energy' supplement provides a very large dose of various B-vitamins, Vitamin C, Choline, and Inositol. While these ingredients play important roles in various bodily functions, the extremely high amounts provided by this supplement may not offer significant energy benefits beyond what can be obtained through a balanced diet. People with specific deficiencies may find some benefit, but these dosages are very high and could pose risks.

The Good

May help correct deficiencies in B vitamins, vitamin C, choline, and inositol, supporting overall health.

B vitamins are involved in energy production, and deficiencies can lead to fatigue. This supplement may improve energy levels in deficient individuals.

Some B vitamins support nerve health and function and reduce symptoms of neuropathy.

The Bad

Extremely high doses of B vitamins may cause side effects, such as nerve damage (Vitamin B6), gastrointestinal issues, liver damage (Niacin), or mask B12 deficiency (Folic Acid).

High doses of biotin can interfere with medical lab tests

Niacin supplementation may increase insulin resistance.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals experiencing fatigue, those seeking a natural energy boost, people looking to support general well-being

Skip If: You are pregnant or nursing, have a pre-existing medical condition, or are sensitive to stimulants (if present).
