Overview
Hyde Blue Razz contains several scientifically-backed ingredients for pre-workout benefits, such as beta-alanine, creatine, and various forms of caffeine. The doses for beta-alanine and caffeine appear to be within effective ranges. However, the efficacy of ingredients for 'pump' and 'focus' like L-Citrulline Aspartate and Agmatine Sulfate are below optimal doses, and several other ingredients (e.g., Swertia Chirayita, Octopamine HCl, Pikatropin, Noble Orchid, N-Phenylacetyl-L-Prolylglycine Ethyl Ester) have very limited or no robust human clinical evidence to support their inclusion or claimed benefits at these dosages.
The Good
High dose of Beta-Alanine (Carnosyn) can effectively buffer muscle acidity and improve endurance.
