Overview
LipoRush DS primarily relies on a high dose of caffeine and a complex blend of additional stimulants to drive its claimed effects of energy, focus, and fat burning. While 300mg of caffeine is an effective dose for acute stimulant effects and some thermogenesis, the efficacy of most other ingredients is highly questionable due to their inclusion in proprietary blends with very low total amounts (e.g., 50mg for some blends), making it impossible to determine if they are present at clinically effective doses. The product's effectiveness for significant fat loss or appetite control beyond basic stimulant effects is therefore limited and largely unproven.
