Overview

This supplement provides a range of B vitamins including vitamins C, along with some other ingredients such as choline, inositol, bioflavonoid concentrate, and paba. While it contains some beneficial ingredients, many are included at significantly high doses that exceed daily needs. The efficacy of this particular formulation is uncertain, and while the two-stage timed-release technology could extend the availability of the vitamins, it is based on in-vitro studies, and further research may be needed to test its effects.

The Good

Provides a wide range of B vitamins to help with energy production and metabolic processes.

Contains Vitamin C, an antioxidant and essential nutrient.

Timed-release technology may offer prolonged nutrient availability.

The Bad

High doses may cause sensory nerve issues (numbness, tingling) due to high Vitamin B6 content.

High doses of niacin may cause flushing, increased insulin resistance, and potential liver toxicity with long-term use.

Risk of inaccurate lab results from biotin supplementation.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals experiencing stress, those needing energy support, people with B-vitamin deficiencies

Skip If: You have known allergies to any ingredients or are on medications that interact with B vitamins.
