Overview

The supplement provides a wide array of vitamins, minerals, and botanical ingredients. While the vitamins and minerals are generally well-dosed to meet daily values, the efficacy of various blends (greens, fruit, liver support, brain support, digestive enzymes) is compromised by the use of proprietary blends masking individual ingredient dosages. This makes it difficult to ascertain if the beneficial components within these blends are present in clinically effective amounts. Many beneficial ingredients are likely underdosed.

The Good

Comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals at generally good daily values.

Contains organic fruit and berry blends, providing a natural source of antioxidants.

Includes a digestive enzyme blend (Bromelain, Amylase, Cellulase, Lactase, Lipase, Protease) to aid digestion.

The Bad

Proprietary blends obscure the individual dosages of beneficial greens, fruits, liver support, brain support, and digestive enzyme components, making it impossible to verify clinical efficacy for many ingredients.

Many beneficial ingredients within the blends, such as N-Acetyl Cysteine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Gotu Kola, Milk Thistle, Inositol, and Reishi Mushroom Powder, are likely underdosed based on research-backed effective amounts.

High Iodine content (130% DV) in a greens supplement can be problematic for individuals with pre-existing thyroid conditions or those taking thyroid medication.
