Overview

This multivitamin offers a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals. While many ingredients are present at doses that may contribute to general health, the overall effectiveness for specific, targeted benefits is limited by the relatively low doses of several key nutrients. Notably, the Vitamin D content is far below a typically effective supplemental dose.

The Good

Comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals, supporting general health.

Contains a variety of B vitamins, crucial for energy metabolism and nervous system function.

Includes key minerals like Magnesium and Zinc at good doses for foundational support.

The Bad

Vitamin D content (25 IU) is negligibly low and highly underdosed for any meaningful health benefit or deficiency correction.

Very high dose of Vitamin A (12000 IU) which exceeds the tolerable upper intake level for adults (3000 mcg) and could lead to toxicity with long-term use or in combination with other sources.

High dose of Thiamine (50mg) and Biotin (1mg) largely exceeds typical physiological needs without clear justification for such high levels in a general multivitamin.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals with Vitamin D deficiency, those seeking immune support, bone health maintenance, or mood regulation

Skip If: You have hypercalcemia, kidney disease, or are on medications that interact with Vitamin D, without consulting a doctor.
