Overview

Stress-Defy combines vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, and nutrients intended to counter the effects of occasional stress. While some ingredients like L-Theanine and Rhodiola have shown promise in stress reduction, others have limited evidence or are included in relatively low dosages. Although the extremely high doses of B vitamins might have an effect for some, this formulation is not likely to have noticeable effects for most users. The inclusion of BioPerine may enhance the bioavailability of some of the ingredients but the risk with skullcap limit the applicability.

The Good

L-Theanine and Rhodiola may promote relaxation and cognitive function.

Flaxseed oil provides a source of omega-3 fatty acids.

BioPerine may enhance the absorption of certain ingredients.

The Bad

Potential for interactions with blood thinners and other medications.

Limited evidence for the efficacy of GABA supplementation.
