Overview

Zn-Min by Loomis Enzymes offers a combination of minerals, MSM, kelp, various enzymes and other trace elements. While some of the included minerals and enzymes are known to support various bodily functions and digestive processes, many of the key ingredients are significantly underdosed. The inclusion of a proprietary enzyme blend also makes it difficult to assess the effectiveness of the digestive enzyme complex. The lack of robust evidence supporting synergistic effects among its components also casts further doubt on its overall effectiveness.
