Overview

The GNC Pro Performance AMP Amplified Endurance Booster is a complex blend of carbohydrates, protein, amino acids, electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals intended to enhance endurance performance. It has been shown in one study to help improve cycling performance when 2 servings are taken during a 90 minute exercise bout. However, multiple ingredients are likely underdosed. The formulation utilizes a combination of fast- and slow-acting carbohydrates, which may help with blood sugar levels, as well as a variety of amino acids meant to improve muscle performance and recovery, which are also likely underdosed. This product's proprietary blend limits assessment of individual ingredient effectiveness.
