Overview

Ancient Multi Immune+ aims to support overall immunity through a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and various vitamins and minerals. While the vitamins and minerals included have proven health benefits, several are at very high doses, and some are underdosed. The efficacy of the proprietary TCM blend cannot be accurately assessed, and some ingredients have limited evidence supporting their benefits.

The Good

Offers a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals.

Includes a high dose of Vitamin D, important for those with limited sun exposure.

Provides a substantial amount of Vitamin C, which can help reduce the duration of cold symptoms.

The Bad

High doses of certain vitamins (A, B6, Chromium, Selenium) may pose safety concerns.

Magnesium and Calcium are significantly underdosed, limiting potential benefits.

Proprietary TCM Immune Blend obscures individual ingredient dosages, making efficacy difficult to assess.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals seeking immune support, general health maintenance, those with potential nutrient deficiencies

Skip If: You are pregnant, nursing, or have a pre-existing medical condition without consulting a healthcare professional.
