Overview

This multivitamin provides foundational vitamins and minerals, with many B vitamins present in high but safe amounts. However, the specialized blends targeting brain, eye, women's, and skin health are severely underdosed. Key ingredients like Gingko Biloba, Phosphatidylserine, Lutein, Cranberry, and Collagen are included in amounts far too low to elicit their researched benefits, rendering these claims largely ineffective.

The Good

Provides a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals.

High doses of most B vitamins (Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, B6, Folate, B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid) to support energy metabolism and nerve function.

Contains a good dose of Vitamin D (30mcg / 1200 IU) which is beneficial for bone health and immune support, particularly for individuals aged 50 and older.

The Bad

Brain Health, Eye Health, Women's Health, and Skin Support blends are included in very low dosages, likely rendering them ineffective.

The 'Women's Health Blend' combines ingredients like Cranberry, Tin, Boron, Vanadium, and Nickel, which are not typically associated with women's general health or well-being in a synergistic manner.

Cranberry Fruit Concentrate's dose of 10mg is insufficient for its primary benefits in UTI prevention, which typically requires 36mg-108mg of PACs.

Is it for you?

Best For: Women seeking general nutritional support

Skip If: You have specific health conditions or are taking other medications without consulting a healthcare provider.
