Two-Per-Day Tablets
Life Extension
Overview
This multivitamin provides a wide array of vitamins and minerals, with some at very high doses, and some at underdosed levels. While it includes a wide range of nutrients, the variability in dosing across different ingredients raises concerns about its approach to balanced supplementation. Many of the B-vitamins are provided at extremely high %DV, despite little evidence this provides any additional benefits, and some of the minerals are not provided at meaningful levels. Some are included, but at levels that are unlikely to produce any effects. The inclusion of antioxidants may provide some additional benefit, but the primary goal of this product appears to be covering deficiencies.
