Overview

Extend Core provides a broad range of vitamins and minerals, some at adequate or high doses to meet daily requirements. However, many of the specialized ingredients, such as N-Acetyl Cysteine, Green Tea Leaf EGCG, and the enzyme blend, are present in doses significantly lower than those shown to be effective in clinical research. This makes their contribution to the product's overall efficacy questionable for their purported specific benefits.

The Good

Provides a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals for foundational nutritional support.

Contains high doses of several B vitamins, beneficial for energy metabolism and nervous system function.

Includes fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) for broader health benefits.

The Bad

Many specialty ingredients (NAC, EGCG, Rutin, Gamma Oryzanol, Lutein, Lycopene) are significantly underdosed, making their specific benefits questionable.

Mineral doses (Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Molybdenum) are often low relative to optimal supplemental levels.

Inclusion of Vanadyl Sulfate is questionable due to limited proven benefits and potential safety considerations, even at a low dose.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals interested in anti-aging, cellular support, general wellness

Skip If: You are pregnant, nursing, or have a pre-existing medical condition without consulting a doctor.
