Overview

Multi-100 aims to provide a comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals, however, many ingredients are present at suboptimal levels and may not provide the intended benefits. While some vitamins are dosed at very high levels, this may be unnecessary or even harmful for those with a balanced diet. While there's a wide range of ingredients, their effectiveness is questionable due to low doses and a lack of consistent evidence of benefit from some of the ingredients.

The Good

Provides a wide array of vitamins and minerals.

High doses of B vitamins and Vitamin C.

Time release formulation may offer sustained availability of nutrients.

The Bad

High doses of some vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B6) may be unnecessary for those with a balanced diet.

High dose Vitamin A can be harmful especially for pregnant women, consult with doctor before taking.

Some minerals (Calcium, Magnesium, Selenium, Chromium, Potassium) are present at low doses and are unlikely to be effective for health benefits.

Is it for you?

Best For: Adults seeking general nutritional support, individuals with dietary gaps

Skip If: You have specific medical conditions or are taking medications that interact with certain vitamins/minerals. Consult a doctor if pregnant or nursing.
