Based on Examine, Wikipedia, and 23 other sources

Overview

This multivitamin provides a comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals, many exceeding the recommended daily values. It also includes several proprietary blends of whole foods, herbs, enzymes and probiotics. However, the use of proprietary blends makes it impossible to assess whether individual ingredients within these blends are optimally dosed for their intended effects. Some key nutrients like magnesium and choline are present at very low levels. The additional ingredients may offer synergistic benefits, but their efficacy is difficult to ascertain.

The Good

A good source of many essential vitamins and minerals, supporting overall health and well-being.

High levels of B vitamins support energy production and nerve function.

Vitamin D3 supports bone health and immune function.

The Bad

The 'Whole Foods Blend,' 'Heart Blend,' 'Fruit & Vegetable Blend,' 'Herb Blend,' 'Mushroom Blend,' 'Enzyme Complex,' and 'Probiotic Blend' are included in proprietary blends, making it impossible to determine if the individual ingredients within these blends are effectively dosed.

The magnesium content is very low at 25mg per serving, providing only 6% of the daily value.

The choline content is negligible at 10mg per serving, providing only 2% of the daily value.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals seeking a vegan multivitamin, those needing iron supplementation, people looking for general nutritional support

Skip If: You require Vitamin B12 supplementation, have specific iron intake restrictions, or prefer products with detailed ingredient dosages and third-party testing.
