Overview

This multivitamin provides a wide range of vitamins and minerals, many at high doses, but also includes several proprietary blends with unknown efficacy. While many of the vitamins and minerals are at clinically effective doses, some of the proprietary blends and other ingredients, such as many of the fruit/veg powders, are included at doses where they are unlikely to provide any noticeable benefits. The impact of the high doses of certain B vitamins on energy levels is likely minimal beyond correcting a deficiency.

The Good

Contains a wide array of vitamins and minerals, many at high potencies

Includes several antioxidant compounds like Lycopene, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, and Astaxanthin

Provides some nutrients for bone health and beauty, such as Calcium, Biotin, and Hyaluronic Acid

The Bad

Potential interactions with medications due to high vitamin and mineral content

High doses of certain B vitamins may cause mild side effects

Some ingredients, such as the fruit and vegetable blend, are present in low amounts and likely ineffective

Is it for you?

Best For: Women seeking daily nutritional support, those with dietary gaps, active women

Skip If: You are pregnant or nursing without consulting a doctor, or have specific medical conditions sensitive to certain vitamins/minerals.
