Overview

The supplement provides a wide array of vitamins and minerals, many at doses significantly exceeding daily recommendations. While several individual ingredients like Vitamin C, Zinc, and the proprietary blend components have evidence for immune support and various other benefits, the overall effectiveness is challenged by the high doses of some vitamins and the proprietary nature of the herbal blend, which obscures individual ingredient concentrations. The blend's effectiveness for "resistance support" appears promising based on one study, but generalizability and long-term effects need more research.

The Good

Provides a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals.

Contains a significant dose of Vitamin C (1000mg) for immune support.

Includes effective dosages of Zinc (20mg) and Selenium (200mcg) for immune and antioxidant functions.

The Bad

Excessively high doses of several vitamins, including Vitamin A, E, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, B-6, and Pantothenic Acid, which could lead to adverse effects or simply be unnecessary.

Proprietary blend (500mg total) for the herbal components makes it impossible to determine effective or safe dosages of individual potent ingredients like Golden Seal and Licorice.

High dose of Vitamin A (2000IU) is close to the upper intake level, and consistent intake could lead to hypervitaminosis A over time.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals seeking general resistance support, those who trust science-backed brands

Skip If: You require full ingredient transparency before purchase, or have specific allergies/sensitivities to unknown ingredients.
